1 · Our commitment

We work to make hireinsidebloom.com usable with a keyboard, with screen readers, and at the text sizes and zoom levels people rely on. Accessibility is part of how we build and review the site, not a one-time project, and we treat reported barriers as issues to fix.

2 · The standard we work to

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. This is an ongoing effort rather than a certification: parts of the site may not yet meet every criterion, and we continue to review and improve the site over time.

3 · Requesting an accommodation

If any part of this site or our hiring process is difficult for you to use, we will provide an alternative. We can take an application by phone or email, send or receive documents in another format, arrange interview accommodations with the hiring employer, and answer questions directly rather than through a web form.
