These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hire Inside Bloom LLC website (the "Site"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Site Usage Rules

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or to submit information through it.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent; and transmitting any virus, malware, or other harmful code through the Site. We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

2. Description of Services and the Direct-Employment Relationship

Hire Inside Bloom LLC ("Hire Inside Bloom," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas-based direct-hire recruiting and employment placement company. We provide recruiting, sourcing, and candidate-screening services to client businesses ("Clients") seeking to fill open positions, and we connect job seekers ("Candidates") with employment opportunities at those Clients.

Hire Inside Bloom is a recruiting intermediary — not an employer, staffing agency, or employer of record for any Candidate we place. When a Candidate is hired as a result of our services, that Candidate becomes a direct employee of the Client, not of Hire Inside Bloom. We do not control, direct, or supervise the day-to-day work of any placed Candidate, do not set the Candidate's wages, benefits, or working conditions after placement, and are not a party to the employment relationship between a Client and a Candidate. Clients are solely responsible for all employment decisions and compliance with applicable labor and employment law with respect to anyone they hire.

3. User Accounts, Submissions, and Content Ownership

Certain features of the Site allow you to submit information, including resumes, job or position descriptions, and other content ("Submissions"). You represent that any Submission you provide is accurate and current, and that you have the right to submit it.

Candidates retain ownership of their resumes and any personal information they submit. By submitting a resume or application, you grant Hire Inside Bloom a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and share that information solely to evaluate you for, and present you to, potential employment opportunities, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Clients retain ownership of the job and position descriptions they submit. By submitting a position description or search request, a Client grants Hire Inside Bloom a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information solely to perform recruiting services on the Client's behalf, including presenting the opportunity to prospective Candidates.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any Submission you make. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, edit, decline, or remove any Submission at our discretion, including Submissions that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Equal Opportunity Employer policy.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any Candidate will be hired, that any position will be filled, or that any content on the Site — including any third-party job postings that may appear on or be linked from the Site — is accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites, postings, or services linked to or referenced from the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire Inside Bloom and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Texas or federal law.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [County], Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party in writing and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.
