1 · Our EEO Statement
Hire Inside Bloom LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Equal Opportunity Recruiting Partner.
We are committed to conducting our recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, placement, and employment activities fairly and without unlawful discrimination.
We do not discriminate, and we do not knowingly accommodate discriminatory requests or practices by others, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Our commitment applies throughout the recruiting process and to our own employment practices.
2 · How EEO Applies to Searches We Run
Hire Inside Bloom is a nationwide direct-hire recruitment and talent acquisition firm. We conduct recruiting and candidate referral activities for client organizations through Direct-Hire Recruiting, Specialized & Hard-to-Fill Recruiting, Executive Search, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
The professionals we place are hired directly by our client companies. Hire Inside Bloom does not employ candidates on a temporary, contract, or contract-to-hire basis.
While our client ultimately makes the hiring decision and becomes the candidate’s employer, Hire Inside Bloom has a responsibility to conduct its recruiting and referral activities fairly and without unlawful discrimination.
In carrying out a search, Hire Inside Bloom will not knowingly:
- Exclude qualified candidates because of a protected characteristic;
- Restrict a search based on a discriminatory preference;
- Create or distribute discriminatory job advertisements;
- Screen candidates using unlawful discriminatory criteria;
- Refuse to present a qualified candidate because of a protected characteristic;
- Follow a client's discriminatory candidate preference;
- Use stereotypes or assumptions when evaluating candidates; or
- Retaliate against an individual for raising an EEO concern or participating in a protected activity.
3 · Merit-Based Recruiting
Candidate evaluation is based on legitimate, job-related considerations. Depending on the position and our client’s requirements, those considerations may include:
Protected characteristics are not used as a basis for determining whether an individual is qualified, presented, interviewed, or selected.
Positions may still carry legitimate, nondiscriminatory job requirements, and those requirements may be considered in evaluating candidates.
4 · Client Hiring Decisions
Hire Inside Bloom provides recruiting and talent acquisition services; however, our clients retain responsibility for making their final hiring decisions.
Our client organizations determine:
- Which candidate they employ;
- Compensation;
- Employment terms;
- Workplace policies; and
- Other conditions of employment.
We expect our clients to conduct their hiring in accordance with applicable law.
We will not knowingly participate in a discriminatory recruiting request or knowingly structure a search around an unlawful discriminatory preference.
5 · Job Advertisements & Candidate Sourcing
Our job advertisements and recruiting communications are intended to describe the legitimate requirements of a position and to encourage qualified professionals to apply.
Recruiting practices should not intentionally discourage qualified individuals from applying because of a protected characteristic.
We reach qualified professionals through channels such as:
- Online job boards;
- Professional networks;
- Direct sourcing;
- Candidate databases;
- Professional referrals;
- Social and professional recruiting platforms;
- Talent communities; and
- Other lawful recruiting channels.
6 · Reasonable Accommodations
Hire Inside Bloom is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants, candidates, and employees when required by applicable law.
If you need an accommodation to participate in our recruiting process, contact us at EEO@HireInsideBloom.com. Accommodation requests may relate to:
- Disability;
- Religious belief or practice;
- Pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; or
- Other circumstances protected by applicable law.
Requests are considered individually and in accordance with applicable law.
7 · Accessibility
We strive to make our recruiting process accessible to qualified applicants and candidates, including at these points:
- Applications;
- Resume submission;
- Interviews;
- Scheduling;
- Communication; and
- Other recruiting activities.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier at any stage, let us know at EEO@HireInsideBloom.com so we can work with you on an alternative.
8 · Harassment
Hire Inside Bloom does not tolerate unlawful harassment based on a protected characteristic.
This applies within our own workplace and to interactions involving applicants, candidates, employees, our recruiting professionals, clients, and others who participate in our recruiting activities. Conduct of that kind is addressed as a matter of company policy and in accordance with applicable law.
9 · Retaliation
Hire Inside Bloom prohibits retaliation in circumstances protected by applicable law, including where an individual has:
- Raised an employment discrimination concern;
- Requested an accommodation;
- Reported suspected discriminatory conduct;
- Participated in an investigation;
- Provided information regarding an EEO concern; or
- Exercised a right protected by applicable law.
10 · Candidate Concerns

- Your name and contact information;
- The position or recruiting opportunity involved;

We are committed to treating candidates professionally, respectfully, and fairly at every stage of a search.
Submitting an application or resume does not guarantee an interview, a referral, an offer, or employment. Consideration for a given opportunity may depend on legitimate job-related factors and on our client’s requirements for the position.
Our commitment to equal employment opportunity does not require Hire Inside Bloom or its clients to select an unqualified candidate or to disregard legitimate, nondiscriminatory job requirements.
12 · Compliance With Applicable Law
Hire Inside Bloom intends its recruiting and employment practices to comply with applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunity requirements.
Because we recruit nationwide, the protections that apply may vary depending on the jurisdiction and the circumstances of a particular search or position.

Hire Inside Bloom LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Equal Opportunity Recruiting Partner.
We believe qualified professionals should have a fair opportunity to be considered for employment based on their qualifications, experience, capabilities, and legitimate requirements of the position.
