Use the contact form on our homepage, or the form on the specific page that matches what you need — Hire Talent for employers, Submit Your Resume for job seekers, or Careers if you're interested in joining our team.

Question 8

How do I start a search with Hire Inside Bloom?

Accepted Answer

Fill out our Hire Talent form and tell us about the role. If you have several openings or recurring hiring needs, mention that and we can discuss Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). A member of our team will follow up to learn more about your hiring needs.

Question 9

How does Direct-Hire pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Direct-Hire Recruiting is generally 20% of the candidate's First-Year Base Salary, subject to the applicable engagement agreement. Fees are only due once we successfully place someone your company hires — there is no upfront cost to start a search.

Question 10

How does Specialized & Hard-to-Fill pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Specialized & Hard-to-Fill Recruiting generally ranges from 25% to 30% of First-Year Base Salary, or custom pricing when approved in writing. The applicable percentage is identified in your proposal or engagement schedule.

Question 11

How does Executive Search pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Executive Search generally ranges from 30% to 35% of First-Year Total Compensation, with a $30,000 minimum unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are invoiced 40% upon engagement, 30% at presentation of the final candidate slate, and 30% upon candidate acceptance.

Question 12

How does RPO pricing work?

Accepted Answer

RPO is offered through monthly plans beginning at $3,500 per month, with additional plans available based on active requisition volume. RPO is billed monthly in advance, due upon receipt, with a three-month minimum commitment and 30 days' notice to terminate.

Question 13

What payment options are available?

Accepted Answer

Option 1 — Pay in Full: 100% of the placement fee, invoiced on the candidate's confirmed start date with Net-30 terms. Option 2 — Four-Payment Option: the fee divided into four equal payments of 25% at start date, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days after start. The four-payment option is not Net-30.

Question 14

What is Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)?

Accepted Answer

It is optional continued recruiting support for employers who need help beyond one hire — additional openings, recurring hiring, multiple departments, continued candidate sourcing, and ongoing talent pipeline development. It is never required to work with us.

Question 15

What is the Employer Recruiting Portal?

Accepted Answer

Every employer receives access to a secure portal showing candidate activity, hiring progress, and billing information for their organization only — candidates submitted, under review, interviews, offers, placements, invoices, payment schedules, due dates, and payment status.

Question 16

Can other clients see our candidates or hiring activity?

Accepted Answer

No. Employers only see their own organization's requisitions, candidates, and billing. Internal recruiting notes, sourcing details, and other clients' data are never visible in the Employer Recruiting Portal.

Question 17

What is the replacement guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Direct-Hire and Specialized & Hard-to-Fill Recruiting generally include a 90-day replacement search. Executive Search generally includes a 180-day replacement search. If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated for cause within the guarantee period, we conduct one replacement search for the same position at no additional professional fee. Guarantees apply only when all applicable invoices have been paid in full, and the applicable executed agreement controls.

Question 18

How long is the Candidate Introduction Period?

Accepted Answer

The standard Candidate Introduction Period is 12 months from the date of introduction unless otherwise stated in the applicable executed agreement.

Question 19

Does Hire Inside Bloom guarantee a hire?

Accepted Answer

No. Recruiting outcomes depend on market conditions, candidate availability, compensation, employer requirements, hiring timelines, and other factors.

Question 20

Who employs the candidate?

Accepted Answer

The client directly employs the candidate. Hire Inside Bloom serves as the recruiting and talent acquisition partner.

Question 21

Do we have to work with you exclusively?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the engagement. We offer both exclusive and non-exclusive search arrangements — your recruiter can walk you through which option fits your hiring timeline and needs.

Question 22

How long does it typically take to fill a role?

Accepted Answer

Timelines vary by role and how hard-to-fill the position is. We'll give you a realistic estimate when we scope your search, and keep you updated as candidates move through the process.

Question 23

Do I have to pay to work with Hire Inside Bloom?

Accepted Answer

No — never. There is no cost to candidates at any point in our process. Our client companies pay us when we make a successful placement.

Question 24

How do I submit my resume?

Accepted Answer

Use the Submit Your Resume form on our Discover Opportunities page. Tell us about your background and the type of role you're looking for, and we'll reach out if there's a match.

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting your resume does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, or employment. Opportunities depend on employer needs, timing, and qualifications.

Question 26
