Active requisition means: Any position for which Hire Inside Bloom is actively sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, or otherwise providing recruiting support during a billing period.
RPO does not guarantee interviews, offers, candidate acceptance, or hires. Recruiting outcomes may be affected by market conditions, employer requirements, compensation competitiveness, candidate availability, and hiring timelines.
Fees, payment schedules, and any custom terms are confirmed in your proposal and executed agreement.
Direct-Hire and Specialized & Hard-to-Fill Recruiting generally include a 90-day replacement search. Executive Search generally includes a 180-day replacement search. The applicable executed agreement controls. Guarantees apply only when all applicable invoices have been paid in full.
