1 · Information We Collect

A. Information candidates and job seekers provide

Name; email address; phone number; address or location information when voluntarily provided; resume; work history; education; skills; certifications; professional qualifications; LinkedIn or portfolio links; employment preferences; compensation expectations when provided; work authorization information when legitimately required for a position; interview availability; anything else included in application materials; and your communications with our recruiters.

B. Employer and client information

Company name; contact name; job title; email address; phone number; position details; compensation range; hiring timeline; job requirements; recruiting preferences; and information provided through employer forms or the employer portal.

C. Information submitted through forms

Information you voluntarily enter into contact forms, job applications, resume submissions, employer intake forms, recruiter forms, portal forms, and invoice or payment-related forms where applicable.

D. SMS information

Mobile phone number; opt-in status; the date and time of consent; the page or form where consent occurred; the exact consent wording shown to you; and the message history necessary to administer the SMS program.

E. Technical information

IP address; browser and device information; pages visited; referring pages; and similar technical information necessary to operate and secure the Site, including cookies and comparable technologies as described in section 7.

2 · Voluntary EEO Information

Separately from ordinary recruiting information, a candidate may choose to provide Equal Employment Opportunity self-identification information, such as race or ethnicity, gender, veteran status, disability status, or other information voluntarily provided for EEO or diversity-related purposes where applicable.

Providing this information is voluntary unless otherwise required by law, and declining to provide it does not affect how a candidate is considered.

This information is handled appropriately and is not used as a basis for unlawful discriminatory recruiting decisions.

3 · How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Evaluate candidates for job opportunities and identify potential matches;
• Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews;
• Present candidates to client employers and coordinate recruiting activities;
• Respond to employer search requests;
• Conduct Direct-Hire Recruiting, Specialized & Hard-to-Fill Recruiting, Executive Search, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services;
• Operate the employer and candidate portals;
• Process inquiries and send communications you request, including opted-in SMS messages;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies; and
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.

4 · How We Share Information

Hire Inside Bloom does not sell personal information.

We share Candidate information with a Client when the Candidate is being considered for a specific position or recruiting opportunity that we believe may be a potential match. Candidates are made aware before being presented; we do not distribute candidate information to clients generally or to employers who are not part of a specific opportunity.

We also share information with service providers that help us operate, including:

• Website hosting;
• Applicant tracking and recruiting technology;
• Email services;
• SMS and messaging providers;
• Scheduling tools;
• Document and e-signature services;
• Payment processors;
• Security providers; and
• Analytics providers, if and when analytics are enabled.

Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide their services to us, and are not permitted to use it to market to you on their own behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, to protect rights, property, or safety, to investigate fraud or security issues, or in connection with a business transaction where legally appropriate.

5 · Candidate Submissions and Future Opportunities

By submitting a resume or application materials, you authorize Hire Inside Bloom to use that information for recruiting purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We may retain your resume and application information so that you can be considered for future opportunities. We cannot commit to contacting every candidate about every opportunity that arises.

You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to the legal and legitimate business retention requirements described in section 6.

6 · Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• Providing recruiting services;
• Considering you for future opportunities;
• Meeting legal obligations;
• Maintaining legitimate business records;
• Resolving disputes;
• Security; and
• Enforcing our agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose it serves.

To request deletion, email Privacy@HireInsideBloom.com, call (877) 219-3841, or write to us at the address in section 16. Deletion requests are honored subject to applicable legal and legitimate retention requirements, so some information may remain in our records where we are required or permitted to keep it.

7 · Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies: session cookies for signed-in job seeker and employer portal access, security cookies that protect form submissions, and a cookie that remembers your cookie preference.

No analytics script and no marketing or advertising script is currently active on the Site. If we introduce analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update our Cookie Notice and this policy, and we will obtain consent where required.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent portal sign-in from working.

8 · Text Messaging and Mobile Information

You opt in to text messages by affirmatively checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on a Hire Inside Bloom form. We record your opt-in, the date and time, the page or form where it occurred, and the exact consent wording shown to you.

Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of applying for employment, being considered for employment, receiving recruiting services, or purchasing services.

Messages may include recruiting communications, interview scheduling, application updates, hiring and search updates, document requests, responses to your inquiries, and other service-related communications.

9 · SMS Consent Data

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our messaging service providers receive only the information strictly necessary to deliver messages on our behalf.

10 · Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 · Security Incidents

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we investigate, take reasonable steps to address it, and provide notice to affected individuals or authorities where required by applicable law.

12 · Children's Privacy

The Site and our recruiting services are intended for adults seeking or offering professional employment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for recruiting purposes. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact Privacy@HireInsideBloom.com.

13 · Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services such as job boards, LinkedIn, payment services, scheduling platforms, document and e-signature services, and other external platforms.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. Review each provider's own privacy policy before using its service.

14 · Your Choices and Requests

Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request deletion of your information, subject to section 6;
• Withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP;
• Manage cookies through your browser settings; and
• Contact us with any privacy question.

15 · Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where a change is material we take reasonable steps to make the update apparent.
