Candidate information — resume, work history, LinkedIn or portfolio links, and, if you choose to provide it, voluntary Equal Employment Opportunity self-identification information such as gender, veteran status, or race/ethnicity.
Employer/Client inquiry information — company name, contact name and title, position details, estimated salary range, and hiring timeline.
Anything else you choose to include in a message or form submission.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. How We Use and Share Your Information

We use the information we collect to evaluate Candidates for, and match them with, potential job opportunities; respond to Client search requests and provide recruiting services; communicate with you about your submission, application, or inquiry; and improve and maintain the Site.

We share Candidate information only with a Client for a specific position we believe may be a match, and we do so with the Candidate's awareness — we never present a Candidate to a Client without the Candidate's knowledge. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site or our business (for example, hosting or email providers) under obligations to protect that information, or when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hire Inside Bloom, our Clients, Candidates, or others.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Candidate resumes and application materials are generally retained so we can consider you for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact information in Section 6, and we will honor that request except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information by law.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate core site functionality and to understand how visitors use the Site, including through analytics tools. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

5. Data Security and Breach Notification

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
